The Idaho Kinship Project and Idaho Law Foundation’s Volunteer Lawyers Program are pleased to announce a Grandparents As Parents Legal Forum. A volunteer attorney will be giving attendees basic information concerning custody, wills, powers of attorney, guardianship and adoption. Following each presentation, time will be allotted for questions and discussion. Taking place in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Idaho Falls. Here is your chance to get your questions asked!!
